  Internal and External Boxes
 

We can offer the choice of large external or internal boxes all with:

• rubber matting
• feed managers
• automatic water drinkers
• excellent lighting, drainage and ventilation
• wide walkways with tie-up facilities

Indoor and Outdoor School
 

The indoor school measures approximately 20 x 30 metres and has a Charles Britton surface and has an inbuilt sprinkler system.

The floodlit all-weather outdoor school measures approximately 60 x 35 metres and again, has a Charles Britton surface. 

All surfaces are well maintained and are harrowed daily. A set of show jumps are available for our clients' use.

Lunge Ring
 

A purpose built lunge ring is available.

Pasture
 

With over 100 acres of pasture, we can offer all year turnout. Fencing is well maintained, and all fields have electric fencing and automatic troughs. A strict worming / pasture management programme is in place.

Extensive planting (trees and hedgerows) has taken place, with the aim to provide natural shelter and shade. Our pasture is sprayed off and rolled regularly to provide the most nutritious and safe grazing possible. 

Mares and geldings are grazed separately. Small groups of horses are kept constant, allowing horses to settle into a pecking-order and minimise injuries.

Starvation / rehabilitation paddocks are available as is individual turnout.

Hacking
 

While the lanes in the area are quiet, for those who prefer no roadwork, we can also offer direct access to a fantastic network of bridle paths to Hertford Heath and into Broxbourne woods.

Claydon Horsewalker and Washdown Area
 

The Claydon horsewalker is designed for up to 6 horses and is fitted with rubber matting and variable speed control.

A block paved washdown area is conveniently situated next to the horsewalker and can accommodate 2 horses.

Additional Facilities
 

Huge, secure tackroom and separate rug room.  A purpose built tea-room, complete with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster and microwave is also available for our clients' use.
